My name is Hicham Essadki, originally from Morocco, I came to the United States to pursue my education where I earned a degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance from the great California State University, Fresno.

My internships took me to work closesly with Stock brokers, accountants and Mortgage brokers.I have to confess however that the close interaction with my clients and the fast pace of the mortgage industry seduced me most and provided me with the satisaction to help over 5500 families in the past 5.5 years.

I had to chance to work with big industry leaders, such as Countrywide Home loans to whom I dedicated 2.5 years of my life. I then transitionned to work with a famous builder in the city of Bakersfield and Delano, California. Working with these two entities allowed me to have maximum exposure to all loan programs and trained me to handle huge volume.

Those experience allowed me to also learn from the limitations of big corporations in regards to cost control, processing turn around times and such.
